These work bibs are made from a blend of materials: the main shell is composed of 92% polyester and 8% elastane, while the secondary shell is made from 94% polyamide and 6% elastane. Additionally, the third shell consists of 75% polyester and 25% cotton, and the fourth shell is 100% polyamide, ensuring a durable and flexible garment suitable for various work environments.

Certified to EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2016 standards for high visibility, the Alna 4X Work Bib Class 2 offers higher levels of bright background material and retro-reflective materials, providing immediate visibility. These garments are ideal for workers in environments with moving vehicles, such as road construction sites where traffic speeds are below 40 mph. The 4-way stretch fabric ensures the freedom of movement needed on the worksite, while Cordura® fabric reinforcement at the knees and bottom legs enhances durability in high-wear areas. The design includes a gusset in the crotch for added freedom of movement, a back pocket with a fastener closure, and a chest pocket with a fastener closure for secure storage. The adjustable waist and elastic suspenders ensure a tailored fit, while the broad centre back belt loop adds extra stability and strength. The thigh pocket, made from reinforced fabric with a fastener closure and several compartments, provides ample storage options. Plastic-covered metal buttons add safety and durability. Articulated knees offer optimal mobility, and the knee pad position can be adjusted by 5 cm for a customised fit. The knee pad pockets are accessible from the outside, allowing you to make adjustments easily. Additionally, the leg length can be increased by 5 cm to accommodate different heights. An ID card loop adds a practical touch, making it easy to display identification when needed.
