Description
Alan Paine Rutland Men’s Coat is a smart, comfortable, great quality men’s tweed shooting coat.
This all-weather men’s shooting coat is crafted from a durable wool mix tweed with a waterproof rating of 5,000mm, offering dependable protection against rain and damp conditions. Designed in a regular fit, it provides comfort, warmth, and unrestricted movement, ideal for shooting, stalking, or general country wear.
Functional and thoughtfully designed, the coat includes two large front cartridge pockets with stud and flap closures, plus retainer straps linked to the hand-warmer pockets for quick access. A secure internal pocket keeps valuables safe and dry, while the elasticated back panel ensures freedom of movement when raising your arm to take aim. The two-way front zip is protected by a storm flap to block wind and water, and knitted windbreaker cuffs seal in warmth while preventing rain ingress. For added comfort, the collar and hand-warmer pockets are lined with soft moleskin. At the hem, an anti-wicking strip prevents moisture from rising into the coat, ideal for wet or muddy ground conditions.
